Role Overview:
ANAROCK is looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals for Sourcing Manager and Closing Manager roles to drive residential property sourcing, channel partner relationships, and deal closures in Thane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source CP's & Clients for residential properties and identify new mandate opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers and developers.
- Manage client interactions, negotiations, and successful deal closures.
- Identify new projects and explore business opportunities in Thane.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sourcing and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing.
- Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving business goals.
