Job Title: Closing Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the complete property/project closing process, ensuring documentation, payments, customer coordination, and handovers are completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end closing and handover activities.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and payments.
• Resolve customer queries related to closing and handover.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate, property, or customer operations. Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.Regards,
