Closing Manager For Thane location

We are hiring a Closing Manager in Sales to drive property deal closures for residential projects in Thane - Ghodbunder Road. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales closing process, negotiating with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely handover of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer walk-ins and understand their property requirements.
• Present projects, units, pricing, payment plans, and key USPs.
• Conduct site/sample flat visits and effectively handle customer queries.
• Manage objections, negotiations, and drive customers towards booking.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maximize walk-in-to-booking conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Maintain customer updates and activities in Salesforce/SFDC CRM.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, MIS, Finance, Legal, and Post-Sales teams for smooth booking closure and handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation in any field
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Closing.
• Strong negotiation & communication skills, convincing, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in residential real estate will be preferred.
