Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in commercial sales or residential sales in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals through effective customer relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and best practices in the region.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
