Open Positions

1. Cloud Service Delivery Manager (1 Headcount)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Managed Services
• Experience managing SLAs, incident management, and stakeholder communication
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

2. Cloud Architect (1 Headcount)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Architecture or Cloud Engineering
• Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects is an advantage

3. Cloud Administrator & Support (Cloud Performance, Monitoring & Tracking) (2 Headcounts)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of cloud administration experience
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and performance management
• Experience in incident response, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Knowledge of cloud operations and service availability monitoring

4. Cloud Administrator & Support (Cloud Infrastructure, Servers, Operating Systems, Storage & Backup) (2 Headcounts)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of servers, operating systems, storage, and backup solutions
• Experience in system administration and infrastructure maintenance
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms

5. Cloud Administrator & Support (Cloud Network) (1 Headcount)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud networking
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewall, and network security
• Experience supporting cloud network environments and troubleshooting connectivity issues

6. Cloud Administrator & Support (Cloud Security) (8 Headcounts)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud security
• Experience with cloud security frameworks, IAM, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP security best practices
• Relevant security certifications will be an added advantage
