Cloud Administrator

We're Hiring: Azure / Microsoft 365 Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Azure / Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Entra Connect / Cloud Sync.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, application registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
• Support SAML and OIDC-based authentication and federation.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows, access reviews, role-based access, and Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access.
• Monitor system health, alerts, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and support materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience with Azure administration and governance
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Experience administering Microsoft 365
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SAML, and OIDC
• Knowledge of RBAC, PIM, access reviews, and identity lifecycle management
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PowerShell scripting/automation is highly desirable

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Microsoft Cloud / M365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, Entra ID Administrator, Cloud Systems Engineer, or Microsoft Systems Engineer with strong experience across Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and IAM.
