🔹 What you’ll do

As a Cloud AI Developer , you’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, Microsoft Azure, and Artificial Intelligence .

You will:

• Design and develop cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and modern software engineering practices.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning.
• Develop and integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications, enterprise platforms, and customer-facing solutions.
• Leverage AI across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements and solution design through development, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve developer productivity and software quality .
• Implement and maintain AI Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.
• Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative cloud and AI initiatives.
• Contribute to cloud architecture, application modernization, and platform engineering activities.
• Ensure high standards of security, reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
• Explore emerging AI and cloud technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.

🔹 What we’re looking for

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, AI development, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern software development practices.
• Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure .
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents , and modern AI application patterns.
• Experience integrating applications using APIs, messaging technologies, and cloud services.
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps and/or GitHub .
• Understanding of containerization and cloud-native technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes .
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems principles.
• English at B2 level or above .
• Willingness to work from our Warsaw office once per week .

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning , or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector search .
• Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen , or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure as Code .
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI Governance, and EU AI Act requirements.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
