Cloud & AI Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Cloud & AI Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager in daily sales activities, customer communication and regional business development. The role requires the candidate to accompany the direct supervisor on overseas business trips when required and provide English-Chinese communication support during customer meetings, business discussions and sales activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Important Note

This position may require overseas business travel together with the direct supervisor when required. Candidates should ensure that they are comfortable with such travel arrangements before applying.

Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered. The Company does not provide any work pass sponsorship for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily sales and administrative support to the direct supervisor.
• Support sales activities for cloud computing, AI and technology-related products and services.
• Accompany the direct supervisor on overseas business trips when required.
• Provide English-Chinese communication and interpretation support during customer meetings, business discussions and overseas trips.
• Assist in communicating and coordinating with English-speaking customers and business partners.
• Attend customer meetings together with the supervisor and assist with meeting notes and follow-up matters.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders and ongoing business matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer and sales requirements.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records.

About you

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, business coordination, translation support or administrative support are welcome.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to support communication between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking parties.
• Comfortable attending business meetings and providing basic interpretation support.
• Willing and able to accompany the direct supervisor on overseas business trips when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to follow up on assigned tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
