Cloud & Infrastructure Team: DevOps, Cloud Engineer & IT Operations

Job Summary: Serve as the backbone of our technology operations. You will manage, optimize, and secure the enterprise infrastructure—spanning both On-Premise data centers and Multi-Cloud environments—ensuring 24/7 high availability, stability, and security for critical retail systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cloud & IT Operations Engineer: Provision, configure, and manage servers, networks, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure. Monitor system health, execute disaster recovery (DR) plans, and perform rapid incident response to minimize downtime.
• DevOps Engineer: Design and maintain fully automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) pipelines. Bridge the gap between development and operations to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software releases.
• System Optimization: Continuously evaluate infrastructure performance, implement resource scaling strategies, and automate repetitive operational tasks to improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Junior (0-3 years): Solid understanding of networking principles, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and introductory knowledge of cloud computing or containerization.
• Mid-Senior (3-7 years): Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise Cloud infrastructure, configuring robust CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing advanced monitoring and alerting tools.
• Expert / Specialist (7+ years): Expertise in designing large-scale Multi-Cloud architectures, mastering Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Skills / Tools & Technology:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• DevOps & Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible.
• Systems & Monitoring: Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu), Windows Server, VMware, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog.
