Cloud Application Support

We are looking for a Cloud Application Support professional to provide technical support and operational monitoring for cloud applications, websites, and hosting services. This role will monitor system availability and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, support customer requests and incidents, and ensure the reliability of applications and related services.

The position offers hands-on exposure to Cloud, Web Hosting, WordPress, DNS, Domain, Database, Backup, and ITSM operations, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical troubleshooting and customer-facing support.

Key Responsibilities

1. System & Application Monitoring

• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, and related services.
• Monitor the status of applications, databases, and backup systems.
• Identify abnormal conditions and perform initial analysis and troubleshooting.
• Recommend improvements to system performance and service reliability.

2. Technical & Customer Support

• Provide technical support to customers through telephone, email, LINE, and online platforms.
• Handle and follow up on Service Requests and Incident Cases.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate technical solutions or escalate complex issues when required.
• Provide clear technical advice with a service-oriented approach.

3. Cloud, Hosting & Domain Services

• Manage services related to domain registration, renewal, and transfer.
• Support email hosting and web hosting services.
• Install, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting for websites, WordPress, and hosting environments.
• Support DNS, SSL certificates, and other web-related services.

4. WordPress & Website Support

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to WordPress CMS.
• Perform preliminary analysis of website, web development, and hosting-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant technical teams or developers for issues requiring further investigation.
• Monitor website and application availability and support service continuity.

5. IT Operations & Service Management

• Perform technical system support and operational tasks.
• Monitor Backup, Database, and Application status.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Prepare monthly ITSM Ticket Reports and summarize key issues and service performance.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in System Engineer, Application Support, Technical Support, or a related role.
• Experience supporting websites, hosting, cloud applications, or IT infrastructure is preferred.

• Basic understanding of Cloud and Application environments.
