Cloud Architects - Azure

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Cloud Architect, with a specific focus on IAM in cloud environments.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, SSO, and privilege management.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Just-in-Time (JiT) access.
• Strong experience in Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, or similar technologies.

Optional Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
• YAML process flows (Azure DevOps pipelines, Github actions or similar)
• Experience with best practices for Agile development in SAFe framework or similar
• Experience with GxP validation processes
• Experience with Pharma and understanding of the Clinical Data Domain
• Other related experience within software or cloud development

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Azure AD IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access management across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM best practices into cloud architecture designs and deployments.
• Assess and enhance existing IAM frameworks, policies, and procedures to align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Develop Azure Infrastructure as Code (bicep / terraform).
• Develop and maintain AAD PIM JiT IAM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Azure AD IAM related issues.
• Monitor and optimize Azure AD IAM performance.
• Provide guidance and best practices to other team members.
• Stay updated with emerging IAM technologies and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions where applicable.
