Cloud Deployment & Integration Engineer (Remote - LATAM)

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Deployment & Integration Engineer to support cloud-native application deployments, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting within a large-scale telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, integrate, and upgrade cloud-native applications.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads, namespaces, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts, deployment automation, and configuration overrides.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
• Support software upgrades, testing, validation, and production maintenance activities.
• Validate infrastructure readiness, network policies, and platform integrations.
• Work with logging, monitoring, and observability tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during deployments and escalations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and containerized applications.
• Experience with Helm Charts and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of OpenStack and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IAM (Identity & Access Management) .
• Strong troubleshooting skills for application integration and connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems and networking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom industry experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale cloud environments.
• Knowledge of software release, change, and incident management processes.
• Scripting and automation experience.
