Role Summary:
Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud services and distributed systems. Lead end-to-end project delivery, including technical design, implementation, deployment, and production operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the technical direction of the team.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud services and distributed systems
• Own services through design, development, deployment, and production support
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Mobile
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed environments
• Leverage AI effectively across the SDLC to accelerate development, improve quality, and reduce toil

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• AWS Cloud with Golang
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang, Java, C#, or Python
• Production experience with cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes
• Experience with NoSQL databases and event-driven architectures

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Proficiency in AI-Native Software Engineering, including effective use of AI tools and agents
• Experience designing APIs for high-availability systems
• Knowledge of Kafka, MQTT, or similar messaging technologies
• Frontend development experience (e.g., React, TypeScript, or modern web application development)
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
