Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Cloud Engineer to help build DevOps solutions - Cloud that will improve our customers’ experience.

DevOps Engineer responsibilities include understanding of cloud computing concepts to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions. If you have a solid background in software development and are familiar with Python, Terraform, Ansible, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, testing and maintaining the infrastructure as code deployment pipelines for customer’s cloud environments.
• Identifying technical problems and fixing the deployment pipeline.
• Enhance the customer’s Cloud IT infrastructure security protocols.
• Modernise legacy applications to increase the system's functionality, performance, and scalability.
• The ability to understand the needs and requirements of stakeholders and collaborating together with software developers and together to build the automated continuous integration and continuous delivery process (CICD).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in any field (Information Technology would be great but not necessary).
• Prior experience within software development ( 2 years and above ).
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.

❖ Prior experience at all phases of the software product life cycle, from conception to extinction.

❖ Experience using an array of automation tools.

❖ Familiarity with software security methods.

❖ Demonstrated experience using a wide variety of coding languages.

❖ Top-notch decision-making and collaborative abilities.

❖ Customer-oriented with the ability to receive and use constructive criticism.
