We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business HR professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting open communication.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills and competencies.

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and systems.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

• Experience in managing and leading teams, focusing on delivering results and driving business outcomes.

• A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required; an MBA/PGDM or MCA postgraduate degree is preferred.

Additional Info

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling people queries/grievances from day 1 post-on-boarding till exit and post-exit F & F call support, and owning Organization Development (OD) initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee delight.
