WE’RE HIRING – CLOUD DEVOPS ENGINEER (L2)

We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer (L2) to manage cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with Tencent Cloud / Tencent Kubernetes Engine (TKE) is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Terraform (IaC) and infrastructure automation.

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Git.

• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting; Python is a plus.

• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and alerting.

• Understanding of ITSM automation, ticket workflows, and SLA management.

• Experience in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.

• Knowledge of ArgoCD, Helm, GitOps, REST APIs, or Webhooks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, patching, and configuration using Terraform and scripts.

• Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines integrated with GitLab.

• Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and cloud infrastructure.

• Automate ITSM workflows and recurring operational tasks.

• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and self-healing automation.

• Improve monitoring, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
