We are looking for a proactive Cloud DevOps Engineer (L2) to drive infrastructure automation, streamline CI/CD delivery, and implement self-healing operational workflows for enterprise cloud platforms in Jakarta!

⚙️ Level: Level 2 (L2) Support & Operations

⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Cloud & DevOps Operations

The Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps operations.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Solid proficiency with Terraform (module development, state management, version control).

• CI/CD & Source Control: Proven track record managing and troubleshooting Jenkins pipelines integrated with GitLab repositories.

• Cloud & Containers: Practical experience operating and maintaining Cloud Infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.

Automation & Scripting: Strong scripting skills to automate operational routines, patching, and configuration management.

• ITSM & Monitoring: Familiarity with ITSM workflows, incident routing/SLA automation, monitoring integrations, and self-healing mechanisms.

• Incident Management: Strong L2 troubleshooting mindset, root cause analysis (RCA), and proactive incident remediation.

The Role:

• Infrastructure Automation: Build and maintain IaC using Terraform to provision, patch, scale, and manage cloud infrastructure.

• CI/CD Management: Maintain Jenkins jobs, shared libraries, and build/deploy pipelines across GitLab-hosted applications.

• ITSM & Operational Automation: Implement automation workflows for ticket classification, routing, and notifications, targeting at least 80% coverage on repetitive operational tasks.

• Incident Response & Self-Healing: Investigate L2 incidents across Kubernetes, cloud infra, and CI/CD, while developing self-healing routines for recurring operational failures.
