Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to design, manage, and scale our cloud infrastructure. You will handle cloud maintenance, system security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to keep our systems reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• Perform regular updates, backups, patches, and track system performance
• Fix performance bottlenecks and plan for future system growth
• Manage access controls, encryption, and run regular security checks
• Resolve technical issues, provide on-call support, and write technical documentation
• Partner with developers to integrate cloud services with applications

About you

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management
• Solid skills in AWS or Azure
• Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud security, and monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Plus: AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certification
