Cloud Engineer

We are currently looking for below position:

Position: Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities :

Private Cloud Solution Design (SA Responsibilities)

• Design overall private cloud technical solutions based on customer requirements
• Participate in customer requirement analysis, technical communication, solution presentations, POC testing, and technical Q&A
• Produce solution-related documentation, including overall architecture design, technical proposals, and implementation plans

Project Delivery and Implementation

• Responsible for the delivery and implementation of private cloud projects, including deployment and configuration of servers, storage, networking, security, and virtualization platforms
• Participate in installation, optimization, acceptance testing, and go-live activities of private cloud platforms
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality

Operations and Technical Support

• Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of private cloud platforms
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving platform-related issues
• Prepare and maintain operation manuals, technical documents, and related materials

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or above in IT or related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure-related roles
• Solid knowledge of servers, storage, networking, security, and virtualization
• Experience with private cloud or data center-related projects
• Familiar with and able to learn mainstream private cloud platforms, such as OpenStack, VMware, and Nutanix, mainstream storage architectures and data center networking
• Basic knowledge of common security technologies and security architectures
• Proficient communication skills in English or Chinese.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
