Responsibilities

Participating on the design and execution of the company’s cloud, email and web hosting infrastructure and solution development including third party vendors’ solution, e.g. Google GCP, Amazon and Aliyun etc.

Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting on the cloud infrastructure, and ensuring high level of system availability, adequacy of security control

Deploying and testing new systems and services for clients

Liaising with vendor and frontline staff and providing quality services to the clients

Performing technology solution study and development to enhance system support ability, manageability and efficiency

Requirements

Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline

3 years of relevant experience in system administration and technical support

Hands on experience on LAMP environment

Knowledge of Web server, Email server, FTP server or DNS is preferred

Related working experience in ISP or IT support is beneficial

Candidate with presales / management experience is an advantage

Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
