Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with Linux, networking, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and security.

The candidate will work closely with DevOps, Software Engineering, Data, and Security teams to build reliable and cost-effective cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Manage cloud resources across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Configure and manage compute, storage, networking, databases, and cloud services.
• Implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes.
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerts, and performance management.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, access controls, and best practices.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Monitor cloud performance and optimize resource utilization and costs.
• Support application deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker and containerized workloads.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers on cloud deployments.
• Maintain cloud architecture and infrastructure documentation.
• Participate in incident management and production support.

Required Skills

Cloud Platform

Hands-on experience with at least one:

• AWS
• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Infrastructure

• Strong Linux administration skills.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

• Knowledge of:

• VPC / Virtual Networks

• Subnets

• Routing

• Load Balancers

• Firewalls / Security Groups

• DNS

• VPN

• Understanding of cloud storage and databases.

• Knowledge of IAM and access management.

Automation & DevOps

• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Git/version control.
• Scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging.

Containers

• Docker.
• Basic to intermediate Kubernetes knowledge.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Computer Engineering
• Cloud Computing
• Software Engineering
• Or a related technical field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 26 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux, security, and infrastructure.
• Experience automating infrastructure and deployments.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with development and operations teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
