Cloud Engineer

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize cloud spending by monitoring cloud cost data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving FinOps best practices across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments;
• Support for cloud deployments
• Deliver financial insights and reporting through dashboards, reports, and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and FinOps tools to support informed business decisions;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate cloud cost analysis, financial forecasts, and recommendations to improve cost efficiency;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Architecture, to promote financial accountability and implement sustainable cloud cost optimization strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
• 6+ years of experience as Cloud Engineer;
• Solid knowledge of Azure (preferred), AWS or Google Cloud, with a strong understanding of cloud billing and cost optimization;
• Experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Management, or Cloud Financial Analysis are a plus;
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
• Experience in cloud cost management tools (such as IBM Cloudability) are a plus;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into business insights;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Finance, Engineering, and Product environments;
• FinOps Foundation and/or AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications are a plus;
• Advanced level of English.
