Cloud Engineer - Nicosia/Limassol

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our IT Services team and support the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of cloud-based infrastructure and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and highly available cloud environments, supporting customer projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the migration and transformation of on-premises workloads to cloud platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.
• Supporting email security, mail flow, migrations, coexistence, and DNS records, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Supporting SharePoint sites, permissions, libraries, sharing, storage, and synchronization.
• Administering and troubleshooting Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, backup, monitoring, App Services, DNS, Key Vault, and Site Recovery.
• Participating in cloud migrations and integration between Azure, Microsoft 365, on-premises, and third-party services.
• Microsoft security and least-privilege best practices.
• Supporting MFA, Conditional Access, privileged identity management, endpoint compliance, security monitoring, backup, retention, eDiscovery, audit, and data recovery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cloud support, systems administration, Microsoft 365, Azure, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, etc.
• Working knowledge of Azure administration and core infrastructure services.
• Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or any other related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Team player and strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written Greek and English language skills.
