Cloud, Hosting & Network Engineer

About the Role
Sidat Technologies & Digital is seeking a skilled Cloud, Hosting & Network Engineer to manage our hosting environments, cloud platforms, servers, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Linux VPS, dedicated servers, and bare server hardware (on-site or remote)
• Deploy and maintain applications (Node.js, Laravel, Python, AI-based apps)
• Configure and troubleshoot Nginx/Apache, SSL, DNS, domains, email, and server migrations
• Monitor performance, backups, uptime, and logs
• Provision and manage resources on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean
• Implement backup, scaling, disaster recovery, and IAM/security policies
• Install and manage hosting panels: cPanel/WHM, CWP, Coolify, and CyberPanel
• Deploy applications using Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and Docker
• Configure and manage firewalls, networking, and Cloudflare (DNS, security, caching)
• Perform server hardening and handle vulnerability and access issues
• Provide IT support: OS and software installation, office systems, network troubleshooting, and user access

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in cloud, hosting, network, or system administration
• Strong Linux and terminal expertise
• Hands-on experience with VPS, hosting environments, and bare server hardware
• Experience with firewalls and Cloudflare management
• Working knowledge of AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, and deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and server architecture
• Ability to independently manage infrastructure and troubleshoot issues

Preferred Skills

• Basic scripting (Bash or Python)
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Experience in a hosting company, ISP, or DevOps environment
