Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Bright Anchor Co is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help manage the systems our teams rely on every day. You'll work with our developers, IT operations staff, and security team to maintain cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot problems, and make sure our systems remain secure and reliable.

What You'll Work On

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Manage virtual machines, storage, cloud networks, and access permissions.
• Automate infrastructure setup and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource usage.
• Investigate technical issues and identify their underlying causes.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
• Administer Linux and Windows servers.
• Apply security updates and manage access controls.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Keep infrastructure documentation and configuration records up to date.
• Identify ways to improve reliability and manage cloud spending.
• Help deliver infrastructure upgrades and technology projects.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, or systems administration.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience administering Linux or Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure automation tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cloud security, access management, and backup procedures.
• Experience with scripting, Git, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is beneficial.
• Ability to work with technical teams and explain issues clearly.
• Relevant cloud certifications are an advantage but are not essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
