Salary: 1000 - 1400 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project Join a strategic cloud transformation program focused on modernizing enterprise infrastructure through the adoption of hybrid and multi-cloud solutions . You will play a key role in designing and governing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud platforms while supporting the migration of business-critical workloads from on-premises environments. The project spans multiple cloud providers and enterprise data centers, with a strong focus on resilience, governance, security, and operational excellence within a large-scale organization.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Design and govern hybrid and multi-cloud architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Define and implement secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud platforms.
• Establish cloud governance, security, networking, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to align technology with business needs.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and cloud automation practices.
• Support cloud cost optimization and promote FinOps best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across cloud transformation programs.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or Enterprise Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering hybrid cloud architectures across on-premises and public cloud platforms.

• Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and solid understanding of multi-cloud environments.

• Azure: Entra ID,RBAC/PIM, Azure Policy, VNets/Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, Private Link, Bicep/Terraform, Azure SQL, Databricks, Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, FinOps, Backup/DR

• GCP: IAM, Org Policy, SCC, VPC Service Controls, Shared VPC, Interconnect/VPN, KMS, Terraform, Infrastructure Manager, Cloud Build/Deploy, GitOps, Cloud Operations, SRE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataplex, Vertex AI, Gemini, responsible AI, FinOps

• AWS: IAM, Organizations/SCPs, Control Tower, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, KMS, AWS CDK, Terraform, CodePipeline/Build/Deploy, Multi-AZ/Region, Resilience Hub, S3, Glue, SageMaker AI, Bedrock, FinOps

• Experience leading cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives.

• Understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, security, governance, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, AWS CDK, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and platform resilience concepts.

• Familiarity with cloud cost management and FinOps practices.

• Experience working in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-have Knowledge And Experience

• Experience in designing advanced cloud based AI platforms (GPT/Claude/Gemini) to support complex business tasks.
