Role Overview:-

We are looking for a Cloud Migration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration, email systems, DNS and cloud migrations, along with customer-facing sales & business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan and execute end-to-end email & data migrations independently.

• Administer Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.

• Handle DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mail flow.

• Configure users, licences, groups, shared mailboxes and security settings.

• Execute migrations across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange & IMAP environments.

• Work with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, AvePoint, Google Workspace Migrate or equivalent.

• Identify prospects, conduct client meetings and generate cloud migration business.

• Technically scope migration requirements and convert them into commercial proposals.

• Handle sales, negotiation, closure and post-migration customer support.

Mandatory Requirements:-

• 3–7 years of IT experience.

• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.

• Must have personally executed email/data migrations independently — coordination-only experience will not be considered.

• Strong knowledge of DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mail flow & email authentication.

• Practical knowledge of M365 / Google Workspace Admin Console and licensing.

• Experience with at least one migration tool.

• Strong customer-facing + sales ability — should be able to present, scope, negotiate and close.

• Good English + local language communication.

• Own laptop, reliable broadband and vehicle for customer visits.

Web Developers / Software Developers / UI-UX Designers / Programming or Application Development profiles are NOT required.
