Cloud Operation Specialist

Job Purpose

The Operation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer and partner account lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes, accurate reporting, and efficient coordination of post-sales services. This role plays a key part in supporting business operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Account Management:

• Manage the end-to-end customer account lifecycle, including account activation, suspension, and closure, with a focus on billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices to customers and partners.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies, credit notes, and payment follow-ups; assist in resolving disputes.

Customer & Partner Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and non-technical customer support requests.
• Coordinate and follow up on post-sales service requests to ensure timely resolution of issues (e.g., contract adjustments, account changes).
• Monitor customer credit utilization and partner rebate execution; ensure accurate calculation and timely application of incentive and discount policies.

Operational Execution:

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities, billing histories, and policy applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Technical Support) to streamline workflows related to order-to-cash processes.
• Support the team with basic data compilation in Excel when necessary for billing verification or operational tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field with CGPA more than 3.5.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or data handling.
• Fresh graduates with strong aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Excel or equivalent data tools; ability to produce clear operational reports and summaries.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer service awareness, and willingness to learn cloud industry operations.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive team player with strong execution and communication skills.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory to support regional clients.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
