Role Description

iSupport Worldwide is looking for a highly experienced Cloud Operational Engineer Level 3 to serve as a senior technical expert across complex Microsoft cloud environments.

This is a true L3 / Senior Engineer / SME-level role for someone who can take ownership of challenging production issues, act as the final technical escalation point, and support multiple Microsoft 365 and Azure environments with confidence.

If you have deep hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph, and you're comfortable solving the problems others escalate, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

✅ 6–10+ years of experience across:

• Cloud Operations
• Cloud Engineering
• Identity Management
• Modern Workplace / Workplace Engineering

✅ Proven experience operating at an L3, Senior Engineer, or Subject Matter Expert level

✅ Must have experience acting as the final escalation point for complex production issues

✅ Previous experience within an MSP, Managed Services, or multi-tenant environment

✅ Proven ability to simultaneously support multiple Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants

✅ Advanced administration and troubleshooting experience across:

• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Microsoft Teams

✅ Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex Microsoft 365 service, configuration, identity, and access issues

Work Setup: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift

Compensation: Up to PHP 160,000

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
