- Monitor alerts 24/7 using PagerDuty, Kibana & Grafana.
- Perform alert triage, monitor servers, databases, backups & batch jobs, handle failures/service outages, log incidents/tickets and follow Event & Incident Management.
Required Candidate profile
-Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure
-Linux Administration & Shell scripting
-Moderate Knowledge in Grafana and ELK
-Working knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet & JIRA
