Cloud Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize multi-cloud environments while ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain mission-critical cloud systems and services.
• Work closely with SRE partners and cross-functional teams.
• Act as an escalation point for user support, troubleshooting, and systems administration.
• Investigate and resolve technical and infrastructure issues.
• Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation.
• Recommend solutions to improve systems and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud platforms and services.
• Lead engineering projects and initiatives to drive technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS and hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform such as Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience with cloud design/architecture is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Spinnaker.
• Experience deploying applications using Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in technical customer support, particularly with systems, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• AWS or other relevant cloud certifications are preferred.

Pay: Php130,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cebu City
