About the Role

• Join our cloud infrastructure team supporting enterprise customers running on Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS)
• Work hands-on with real production environments, monitoring, and cloud operations
• Receive mentorship and training to build deep expertise in enterprise cloud platforms
• Best suited to candidates with some hands-on IT infrastructure or virtualization background who are ready to specialize in enterprise cloud operations

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of the HCS platform and customer cloud environments
• Respond to customer inquiries on platform usage, resource creation, monitoring, and optimization
• Monitor and handle cluster alarms (VM, network, CPU, disk) and escalate/resolve issues
• Perform regular health checks on customer cluster resources and recommend improvements
• Support platform upgrades, capacity expansion, and resource optimization activities
• Investigate technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Maintain clear operational records, issue reports, and technical documentation
• Provide onsite support when needed (Standby 24x7)

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience maintaining virtualized or cloud environments — VMware ESXi/vSphere, OpenStack, or similar — including day-to-day system maintenance such as patching, backups, monitoring, and storage/capacity management. Internship, lab, or coursework-based experience will be considered alongside professional experience.
• Working understanding of networking, servers, and storage fundamentals
• Logical, systematic approach to troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in English and Thai; comfortable with customer-facing communication
• Able to work under pressure and within incident-response timelines
• Flexible to support on-call/emergency situations when needed (fairly rotated across the team)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow into the Huawei Cloud Stack platform specifically

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Prior experience in Cloud Operations, System Administration, or IT Operations
• Familiarity with Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) services — ECS, ELB, EIP, Security Groups, RDS, VPC, DCS, CBR, SMN
• Familiarity with any major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud)
