Cloud Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Project Coordinator to support the RUN NSAP team in the coordination of infrastructure activities across AWS cloud and on-premise environments .

The role combines project coordination, vendor management and infrastructure operations follow-up . The Cloud Project Coordinator will work closely with internal technical teams, external vendors and service providers to ensure that incidents, technical actions, minor enhancements and infrastructure projects are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality and in line with agreed priorities and service commitments .

The position is particularly focused on infrastructure initiatives.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate minor infrastructure projects, enhancements and build activities across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Manage and follow up activities assigned to external vendors and service providers , ensuring actions are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Track open technical issues, actions and dependencies and proactively escalate delays, risks or quality concerns.
• Coordinate technical activities such as server installation, configuration, infrastructure changes and environment preparation .
• Support the rollout of ongoing and future infrastructure-related projects.
• Manage project workload, priorities, milestones, risks and basic budget follow-up for smaller infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication between vendors, infrastructure teams, application teams and business stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve application and infrastructure Runbooks , ensuring operational documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate and follow up Vulnerability Management activities, including remediation actions with relevant technical teams and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain Infrastructure Health Dashboard reporting .
• Coordinate follow-up of AWS Trusted Advisor recommendations and related remediation activities.
• Support CMDB accuracy and maintenance , ensuring infrastructure and application configuration information remains properly documented.
• Monitor service quality and verify that completed vendor activities meet agreed technical and operational expectations.
• Maintain appropriate reporting on status, issues, risks, actions and delivery progress.
• Support ITIL-related operational processes including Incident, Change and Problem Management where required.
• Act as deputy for the Squad Lead when needed, coordinating operational activities and helping ensure continuity of service.
• Independently manage assigned activities and deliver specific tasks with limited supervision.

Required Functional Skills

• Good understanding of project management principles , including:

• Experience working in Agile environments .
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management.
• Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to challenge vendors constructively and ensure commitments are respected.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate several parallel activities.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned topics.
• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

🎯 Your profile:

• You have a master degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or related field and 4 to 6 years of experience in IT/Cloud project coordination.
• You are proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile and ITIL frameworks.
• You have strong knowledge of networking, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and fundamental cloud and cybersecurity concepts.
• You have excellent communication skills in English
