We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help customers move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical engagements across architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones, accelerating adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, app platforms, and supporting data services. As part of the Cloud and AI Apps team, you will use repeatable IP, templates, agents, Factory, Unified VAS, and Acceleration Programs to deliver scalable outcomes, generate incremental pipeline, and improve customer time-to-value. You will help ensure customer health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity, and optimization for mission-critical workloads, while contributing feedback and reusable assets that improve delivery quality at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer IT and business leaders to design secure, scalable AI, agent, application, and data solutions that deliver business value.
• Lead technical engagements from architecture and proof of concept through production, accelerating adoption of Microsoft AI, GitHub, application, and data technologies.
• Drive end-to-end technical outcomes by collaborating with customers, partners, and teams across Microsoft.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption and help customers realize greater value from Microsoft technologies.
• Provide technical leadership across AI applications, agents, application modernization, security, resiliency, and production readiness.
• Champion customer needs and collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical challenges and deployment blockers.
• Develop and share reusable technical assets and best practices that improve delivery and accelerate customer success.
• Continue building deep expertise across Azure AI, Copilot, GitHub, cloud-native development, DevOps, and related technologies while contributing to technical communities.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years experience in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI Agent development, cloud, developer, application platform, agents, or related technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• Experience working on technical projects
• Fluency in Dutch or French language

Preferred qualificaitons:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years experience in in AI, GitHub, Agentic DevOps, AI Agent development, cloud, developer, application platform, agents, or related technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Technical Certification in AI, Cloud, Developer or Agents (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, GitHub, AI, Agents, Security certifications)

Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 55,400.00 - € 93,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
