Cloud Solution Architect -Thai Market (Relocation to Kuala Lumpur)

About the role

Support partners in establishing technical requirements and designing robust cloud solution environments. Address deep-seated technical objections and blockers, turning technical hurdles into cloud migration opportunities. Analyze a customer's current infrastructure and inhibitors to design a seamless future-state cloud environment. Ensure every cloud workload is optimized for the customer's environment to achieve the technical win.

Key responsibilities

• Design the Win: Support partners in establishing technical requirements and designing robust cloud solution environments

• Unblock Complexity: Address deep-seated technical objections and blockers, turning technical hurdles into cloud migration opportunities

• Future-State Planning: Analyze a customer's current infrastructure and inhibitors to design a seamless future-state cloud environment

• Workload Alignment: Ensure every cloud workload is optimized for the customer's environment to achieve the technical win

About you

• 2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, cloud solutions engineering, or systems integration
• Technical Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field)
• Proven track record of translating complex customer requirements into scalable, ideal-state cloud solutions
• Professional-level Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) or a specialized track certification (e.g., Data, Security, DevOps, or Workspace Administration)
