Cloud Solution Sales

We are seeking a Data Centre Cloud Solutions Architect who will lead the strategic alignment of National IT visions and financial sector digital transformation goals with Data Centre-based cloud platforms in Nicaragua.

The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, bridging the gap between high-

level policy/business objectives and technical execution.

This role requires orchestrating the full lifecycle of Cloud Foundation, Application Modernisation, and Big Data/AI adoption, ensuring local data centres evolve into intelligent, sovereign cloud hubs.

Requirements:

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture or data centres for different industries.
• Proven ability to hold technical and strategic workshops with C-level stakeholders
• (CIO/CTO/CEO).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field.

Cloud Foundation & Modernisation Expertise:

• Mastery of Cloud Foundation principles: Account management, Identity (IAM), Network layout
• (VPC/Subnet), and Resource management.
• Expertise in Application Modernisation: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, DevOps pipelines, and
• Microservices architecture.
• Solid background in Big Data & AI: Experience with Data Lakes (Hadoop/Spark/DataOps) and
• AI Infrastructure readiness (GPU scheduling, ModelOps basics).

Technical Hard Skills:

• Virtualisation & Hybrid Cloud: Deep hands-on knowledge of VMware (vSphere, NSX, vSAN),
• OpenStack, or Nutanix.
• Distributed Cloud: Experience with OCI Dedicated Region or Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS).
• Networking & Security: Project experience/knowledges with Data Centre networking (SDN,
• VXLAN) and Security (Next-Gen Firewalls, WAF, Zero Trust).
• Certifications (Mandatory): Intermediate cloud certifications (e.g., HCIP Cloud, AWS/Azure
• Associate) preferred.
• Fluent in English & Spanish
