• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical cloud solutions.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Cloudflare and related edge-network, security, and performance solutions.
• Perform basic cloud security and configuration reviews, identify misconfigurations or risks, and recommend remediation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors on solution design, implementation, and service delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and customer-facing technical materials.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and configuration issues in a structured and timely manner.
• Keep up to date with developments across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and partner technologies.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud engineering, cloud operations, system integration, or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS; experience with Google Cloud or Azure is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, including VPC/VNet, DNS, load balancing, routing, VPN, firewalls, and connectivity concepts.
• Experience with IAM, cloud security controls, monitoring, logging, backup, and infrastructure configuration.
• Experience with Cloudflare or similar CDN, DNS, WAF, DDoS protection, or edge-security technologies is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a System Integrator, Cloud Service Provider, Managed Service Provider, or technology partner environment is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work directly with customers and technology partners.
