We are looking for a Cloud Specialist

Responsibilities:

BUILD:

• Technical design of Landing Zone components and business projects;
• Deployment of AWS services (network, security, IAM, accounts, etc.);
• Development and maintenance of IaC modules (Terraform);
• Integration of new requirements expressed by the projects;
• Contribution to technical documentation;
• Participation in technical decisions with the architects.

RUN:

• Monitoring of accounts / application scopes;
• Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication);
• Change management (planning, implementation, follow-up);
• Day-to-day administration of AWS services;
• Monitoring security alerts and remediation;
• Cost optimization and capacity management;
• Continuous improvement and continuous security.

Requirements:

Public Cloud (AWS, GCP)

1. Cloud Resource Monitoring

• Tracking the performance of virtual machines, databases, containers, etc;
• Monitoring alerts and incidents using tools such as CloudWatch (AWS), Azure Monitor, or Stack driver (GCP);
• Analyzing logs to detect anomalies or unusual behavior.

2. Incident Management and Interventions

• Restarting or relaunching services in the event of an outage;
• Escalating complex incidents to technical teams;
• Documenting incidents in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

3. Operational Task Execution

• Deploying virtual machines or containers according to procedures;
• Applying automation scripts (Terraform, Ansible, Bash);
• Updating network, security, or storage configurations.

4. Security and Compliance

• Controlling access and permissions via IAM (Identity and Access Management);
• Verifying certificates, keys, and encryption policies;
• Enforcing security rules (firewalls, security groups, audits).

5. Reporting and Optimization

• Tracking resource consumption (CPU, RAM, storage);
• Analyzing costs and providing optimization recommendations;
• Producing activity reports for business or technical teams.

6. Backup and Restoration

• Verifying automatic backups (snapshots, backups);
• Testing restorations to ensure the reliability of recovery plans;
• Managing data retention policies.
