Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Cloud SRE

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Strong production experience with AWS — or senior-level GCP/Azure experience with solid cloud architecture fundamentals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents across compute, networking, storage, and platform layers.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production (EKS, GKE, AKS, or bare-metal K8s).
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform or Crossplane.
• Experience with RCA, incident management, and blameless post-mortems, including preventive action planning.
• Experience operating and maintaining large-scale cloud and containerized environments.
• Strong automation/scripting skills using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Ability to act as a senior escalation point, mentor engineers, and coordinate during critical incidents.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Istio, Kyverno, or Consul
• Karpenter / advanced Kubernetes autoscaling
• AWS or Kubernetes certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, or SysOps

Pay: Php135,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
