Cloud Support Business Analyst — Redmond, WA (on-site)

Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring a Cloud Support Business Analyst to support a federal cloud services program. This is a full-time, on-site role validating cloud account, tenant and service requests and keeping the procedures and training material behind them accurate and current. No security clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workstreams supporting the validation of cloud-based requests and approvals for accounts, tenants and other cloud services.

• Validate prior requests and approvals for cloud-related accounts, tenants and Office 365 services.

• Review workflow diagrams and knowledge base articles to carry out verifications accurately.

• Collaborate with and provide operational support to multiple programs so execution stays seamless.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation.

• Update standard operating procedures and technical training guides as needed.

• Test functionality against requirements and support individual projects and systems in a designated functional area.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship.

• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of professional experience.

• 2+ years with the Microsoft suite — Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams are essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Able to operate autonomously with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent customer service focus, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound judgment selecting methods to reach a solution, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with customers, users and project leads on IT business applications and systems.

• General understanding of business process configuration and process flows.

• Must be open to shift work — 12x5 coverage is required, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• On-site role; telework is not available. Travel is not required.

Compensation: $21.63 to $25.48 per hour, full time.
