We're partnering with a leading cloud technology services provider that's growing its support function and looking for a Mandarin-speaking Cloud Support (L2). You'll provide Level 2 technical support and operational management for cloud environments, serving customers and stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region. This is a great opportunity to deepen your multi-cloud expertise while working with regional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for cloud infrastructure and platform services across GCP, Azure and AWS.
• Proactively monitor cloud environments and maintain system availability, reliability and performance in line with SLA requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents, implement preventive measures and take part in major incident management and escalation.
• Support cloud migration, deployment and optimisation activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers by phone, email and virtual meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, system administration or technical operations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) and English.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to Mandarin-speaking customers and internal teams.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and incident resolution.
