This role is flexible hybrid, around 5 days/MONTH from the office in Bucharest.

🚀Then what?

Azure Support Engineer providing operational support for cloud environments, with the following tasks:

• Handle and resolve change requests and incidents related to Azure resources, ensuring adherence to best practices and service level agreements
• Manage and administer Azure cloud services (VM, Storage Account, permissions, Gateways, etc.), ensuring their availability, performance, and security
• Support teams in maintaining, automating, and optimizing Azure infrastructures to ensure environment stability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams to integrate changes into operational processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures, monitoring, and documentation for Azure infrastructures

Required technical skills and qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, systems, cloud, or relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in support and administration of Azure environments
• Strong knowledge of Azure services including VMs, AKS, networking, storage, and security
• Understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent is a plus)
