Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (technical and integration background).
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Strong understanding of EBS modules: Field Service, Supply Chain, Advanced Planning, and Financials.
- Hands-on expertise with integrations, data migration, reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), and security.
- Proven experience in leading cloud readiness assessments and migration planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in complex federal or large enterprise environments.
