CLS LAB TECHNICIAN

Job Summary

Tower Urology is seeking an experienced and dependable CLS Laboratory Technician with minimum of three years experience to join our in-house laboratory team. The candidate must be able to operate Chemistry and Hematology instruments and maintain accuracy of quality control records.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing laboratory testing and processing specimens accurately and efficiently
• Following laboratory protocols, quality-control procedures, and safety standards
• Preparing and handling patient specimens
• Maintaining accurate laboratory records and documentation
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate results

Qualifications:

• CLS certification/license required
• Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and professionalism

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
