CLUB ADMIN

About the role

Join our team as a Club Administrator and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club. You'll oversee various responsibilities including administrative tasks, cash management, reports and documentation and membership sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls regarding any enquiries
• Supervise cleanliness and facility maintenance
• Assist with building administration coordination
• Monitor and order office supplies and gym inventory
• Provide general support to the gym
• Monitor Payables
• Conduct billing collections
• Handle day to day cash transactions
• Record cash receipts and issue invoices to customers
• Process bank deposits

About you

• Maintain petty cash funds - release, replenishment, liquidations and reports
• Conduct audit (double checks all contracts, sales etc)
• Assist in presentation of regularly scheduled reports
• Prepare Daily Sales Reports
• Supervise log books in the club
• Assist and conduct sales presentations
• Assist with member communication
• Maintain contact lists
• Support lead generation
