About the Role

XR&J Fitness Corp. is looking for a results-driven and committed Club Manager to lead the operations of Anytime Fitness SM Consolacion.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with a strong background in sales, operations, and team management. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of club performance, develop the team, drive membership growth, and deliver an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the fitness club
• Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and develop the club team
• Monitor team performance and implement action plans to improve results
• Ensure excellent customer service and member experience
• Oversee sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions
• Manage operational standards, compliance, and club readiness
• Analyze club performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of managerial experience in sales, operations, and people management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong sales and business development mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and highly accountable
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to start ASAP
• Must be fully committed to the role and willing to take ownership of club performance
• Experience in the fitness industry is an advantage
