Anytime Fitness Superstars is looking for a Club Manager to lead the operations and business performance of our SM Consolacion, Cebu location.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can take ownership of the club, motivate a team, drive membership sales, and create an excellent experience for every member.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the club’s daily operations and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the club team to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and other revenue-generating activities.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure excellent member service and maintain strong member relationships.
• Manage club schedules, staffing, inventory, and administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operating procedures.
• Conduct regular team coaching, performance monitoring, and feedback sessions.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend initiatives to increase club revenue.
• Maintain the club’s cleanliness, safety, equipment, and overall presentation.
• Prepare and monitor reports related to sales, membership, and club performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or business operations.
• Experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, with shifting schedules:
  10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
