Club Manager

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercially driven Club Manager to lead our nightlife operations at COYA Marbella.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nightlife professional who thrives in a high-energy environment, understands the luxury entertainment scene and knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences while driving the commercial success of the venue.

Experience you will need

• Minimum 3–5 years' management experience within a premium nightclub, luxury beach club, high-end lounge or entertainment-led venue.
• Proven track record of successfully managing nightlife operations, driving revenue and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of VIP table service, reservations, premium beverage sales and guest experience.
• Established network within the nightlife industry and the ability to build strong relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele.
• Experience collaborating with entertainment teams, DJs and event organisers to deliver exceptional nightlife experiences.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, cost control and maximising profitability.
• Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, motivate, develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Ability to maintain an exceptional atmosphere, high service standards and smooth operations in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
• A genuine passion for music, nightlife, luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
