Satori is a women’s health club in Unley offering strength training, classes, Reformer Pilates, recovery and coaching - all under one roof. We recently won the Outstanding Community Engagement Award at the Unley Business Awards, and our community has grown to 500+ members.

We’re expanding and looking for a sales leader with strong community presence to help take us to the next level.

About the Role:

This is a growth‑focused position. Your mission is simple: Make an Impact.

Every member you bring in is a woman investing in her health. You’ll see the difference you make daily in the club, in the community, and in the numbers. Your ideas will directly shape how Satori grows. You’ll work closely with the owners, with clear monthly targets, strong support, and uncapped commission on memberships you sign.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell memberships and turn enquiries into members
• Follow up leads fast and run high‑conversion club tours
• Keep members engaged so they stay, renew and refer
• Build local partnerships and support marketing initiatives
• Represent Satori at local events, businesses and community groups
• Plan and run member events, challenges and referral campaigns
• Identify new growth opportunities and bring ideas to the owners
• Work towards monthly targets with regular check‑ins and support

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years sales experience
• 1+ year sales experience in the fitness industry
• Proven track record of hitting targets
• Confidence on the phone, in person and on socials
• Energy, warmth and passion for women’s health
• Availability for Saturday shifts
