Your responsibilities:

Leadership & Employee Development

• Leading and managing the hotel team, including department heads, to promote a positive and performance-oriented work environment.
• Setting performance targets, conducting regular employee reviews, and promoting development and further training.
• Regular meetings with department heads and participation in relevant discussions
• Exemplary role model through professionalism, integrity and high quality standards
• Close collaboration with the HR department in the recruitment, onboarding and development of employees.

Operatives Management

• Ensuring smooth hotel operations in the areas of reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, technology and entertainment in cooperation with the respective department heads.
• Ensuring compliance with Aldiana standards, guidelines and processes to guarantee the highest service quality and guest satisfaction
• Continuous monitoring of guest satisfaction and implementation of suitable improvement measures.
• Management of machinery aimed at operational excellence with the goal of exploiting sales potential and increasing cost efficiency.

• Promoting a distinctive hospitality culture with the aim of exceeding our guests' expectations.
• Professional and solution-oriented handling of guest complaints and concerns
• Presence at the club during core operating hours and for matters requiring the personal involvement of the club manager.
• Development and implementation of strategies for the continuous improvement of the guest experience, for example through personalized service offerings and special promotions.

Security & Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal standards in the areas of fire protection, health, occupational safety and hygiene.
• Regular rounds and quality checks to verify hygiene, maintenance and safety standards throughout the club.
